INTRO TO POETRY

1. “Out Beyond Ideas” represents in my opinion the escape from reality in a realm where all you see is what can never be spoken.
2. The tone of this poem is the author’s idea of the huge magnitude of anything in the world that is indescribable, which is also the point he makes clear to the audience by the end.
3. My mood is hard to describe in that the poem fills me with a grim reminder but a hint of hope to solve this bleak idea.
4. Yes from where it begins in our reality into a metaphysical one where speech is at the epicenter of the unspeakable.
5. The anything and everything in our reality is too much for words and by the end will most likely never understand it all.

These questions clarified my rough ideas of what this poem could be about and with their guidance I was able to distinguish what exactly the author was providing in this short collection of meaningful words.
